Help Needed for RFID Reader Selection for Cutlery Detection

Hi, I am a full stack developer, I work with frontend, backend, mobile, databases to cloud servers.
I’m currently working on a project where I require a big enough RFID reader to detect RFID cutlery embedded plates. Not sure what type of RFID reader I would need. Am here to learn about RFID in general and also find the information I need.
