README: Middleware & OS Forum

Forums are designed to help DevHeads community members come to quick resolution on a variety of systems integration topics. These differ from the #seeking-collabs (*find a professional dev who can help build your project*) and #projects-and-self-promotion (*show off your design accomplishments*) sections.

The #middleware-and-os forum facilitates information exchange around the disciplines listed below, expressed in tags. DevHeads is a professional engineering community, but if you’re just getting started in a field use the “Getting started” tag.

When creating or searching for a post, we recommend using multiple tags to make it easier for other devs to navigate and find specific topics. These tags are visible in the upper left of each #middleware-and-os post:

– AI & ML
– App Programming
– Bootloaders
– Code Review & Testing
– Embedded Linux
– Middleware
– RTOS
– SDKs
– Windows
– Commercialization
– R&D
– Getting Started

**Note we are actively researching ways to apply ‘AND’ logic to tags to further streamline post filtering and navigation.*

DevHeads is constantly evolving based on your feedback. As the community grows, we will evaluate tag usage to determine whether popular topics warrant being graduated to the category level. If you believe we are missing a tag (or category) that would be helpful to the broader design community (no ultra-specific requests, please), post them in #suggestion-box at @Admin.
