man, i think i can port zephyr to the M core present in it, if the vendor didnt lock it, as i dont see it in the zephyr supported boards

  2. techielew#0000

What do you mean if the vendor didn’t lock it?

  3. techielew#0000

You mean lock the m core as in not user programmable?

  4. melta101#0000

sometime, in the name of security, we only allow it to be programmable once.

  5. melta101#0000

    yep!

  6. melta101#0000

most of the time, it is done, when is it handling system related features

  7. techielew#0000

Yeah in my experience they don’t usually advertise non user programmable cores unless they perform some task/function/feature that is important to the application.

  8. techielew#0000

    Yeah like system maintenance etc

  9. melta101#0000

    bingo!
