Wi-Fi Clock with OTA and Browser Settings Page

I am interested to build a very similar project to this https://github.com/yuan910715/esp8266_wifi_matrix_clock .
I have contacted the author several times however he does not want to collaborate on coding level however interested to collaborate on manufacturing & marketing level. I have requested several important feature addition like an alarm (yes, there are unused GPIO pins in the MCU) and stopwatch & timer functions but he does not consider them to be important (his wish and I respect it). So here I am to start my embedded journey.

The software part of the design would be much simpler/easier if you use an ESP32-S3 and Xedge32.
